mixed feelings about my stay
slow service noise isolation
my stay had some definite hiccups. the noise isolation wasn't good. i could clearly hear street noise, so i had trouble sleeping. the restaurant service proved slow. one morning, i waited a long time for my order, and it arrived incomplete. staff weren't proactive in resolving it.

Excellent Stay
convenient location excellent staff clean bathrooms great food
The hotel had a convenient location near shopping. The staff was excellent. The rooms were well-kept. I found very clean bathrooms with large showers. The hotel had a swimming pool on the top floor. I thought the food was some of the best I've had and presented well.
The windows were not soundproof and I heard street noise.

The hotel is located within walking distance of a shopping center and has easy access to public transportation. Major tourist attractions are about five to ten minutes away from the hotel. Amer Fort is roughly twenty to thirty minutes away.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The room included good quality furniture. I liked the comfortable beds a lot! I thought the soundproofing from the outside was excellent. I was grateful for the in-room key safe.

The hotel features a rooftop swimming pool and a bar. I found the hotel safe area. There was always a security guard at the door. A bellboy was available to assist with luggage at any time.

The staff provided tremendous service. The restaurant staff are helpful. The staff took good care of our group. I was impressed by the warm, cute personnel. Room service was prompt, I was grateful for their assistance.

The food was delicious. The chefs prepared it nicely. I liked that the food was fresh and not too spicy. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. I also liked that they prepared it without spiceness, it reminded me of prepared at home.

good size clean bed great shower
the room was a good size. it was spotlessly clean with a large bed. the bathroom had a great shower. the pool area seemed bright. the restaurant served a very good breakfast.
